Description

NeoTax is an intuitive and visually appealing web-based accounting management system prototype, developed using HTML5, CSS3, and vanilla JavaScript. Aimed at accountants, accounting assistants, and entrepreneurs in Colombia, it offers role-based authentication, company management, automatic invoice generation with VAT, withholding, and ICA calculations (in accordance with Colombian regulations), and an organized history. It leverages localStorage for offline data persistence and is fully responsive. It's important to note that it requires manual tariff updates and doesn't replace professional backend systems.

Midnight Club

Description

The Midnight Club (also known as Mid Night Club) was an infamous, illicit street racing gang that operated on Japan's Shuto Expressway, particularly the Bayshore Route (Wangan), from the late 1980s until 1999. Known for their extreme speeds, often exceeding 300 km/h (186 mph), and highly modified cars, they adhered to a strict code of conduct that prioritized safety and respect among members and other drivers. Despite their dangerous activities, they gained a legendary status in the automotive world due to their commitment to high performance and the mystique surrounding their secretive operations. The club disbanded voluntarily after an accident involving a biker gang, deciding that the risks to the public had become too great.
